Why is the shortcut icon not appearing on the Windows Desktop after program installation?

You will be prompted to create a shortcut to Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords on your desktop during installation. The shortcut to the game may not be displayed on your desktop after installation if your system is configured for multiple users, with each person using a separate profile. If this occurs, you will need to navigate to the Windows Desktop folder and copy the shortcut to your current desktop or copy the shortcut from the Start Menu to your desktop.
