Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords

I am getting a Windows dialog box while playing the game. How do I access the Windows Accessibilities Option so I may disable Sticky Keys?

• When playing Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords on a Windows 2000 or XP system, pressing <ALT>, <CTRL> or <SHIFT> multiple times may bring up a Windows dialog box while playing the game. This is a function of Accessibility options.
