When playing Star Wars Battlefront on a Think QX-1004, you may experience the following issues:
Windows XP: When using the manufacturer CD driver version 2.79b (5.12.0001.0630), all audio may drop out and you may hear a low-pitched buzz, which replaces the audio in the game. This does not occur when using the Windows or the C-Media driver.
Windows XP: When using the Windows driver (5.12.0001.0643), the rear speakers will not function correctly. This does not occur when using C-Media driver version 639 (5.12.0001.0639), which corrects these issues.
Windows ME: When using C-Media driver version CM18738_WDM_0639ME.zip (5.12.0001.0639), you may experience these issues:
Audio may be very choppy, causing sound effects, voice, and music to cut in and out in the game.
You may not hear sound through the rear speakers when Mixer Config is set to Software and Output Mode is set to Quadraphonic.
You may hear an echo through the rear speakers when rapidly firing lasers from the Snowspeeder and Geonosian Starfighter when Mixer Config is set to Hardware and Output Mode is set to Quadraphonic.
NOTE: These issues do not occur when using the manufacturer CD driver 2.79b (5.12.0001.0690).
