ADI SoundMAX AC97 Integrated Audio

When playing Star Wars Battlefront on a system with an ADI SoundMAX AC97 integrated audio device in Windows XP with driver version 5.12.1.3501, the game may intermittently crash, resulting in the machine rebooting. Setting sound acceleration to off in the control panel resolves this issue.
We recommend that you update the driver to the most recent version for your system, version 5.12.1.3620 D for the Compaq EVO510CMT, which corrects this issue on this model of Compaq system. When using this driver, the game works with sound acceleration set to full.
