Is there a specific Output Mode setting I should be using in the game depending upon my speaker setup?

You will be able to select Output Mode selections in Audio Options that are not optimal for your system. Setting an Output Mode greater than the amount of speakers you have may cause some sounds to be absent during gameplay.
