I am receiving a component transfer error message during installation. What should I do?

You may see a "Component Transfer" error message when installing the game. If this occurs, you may be clicking too quickly when switching discs.

If this occurs, you will need to wait until the drive spins down before clicking on OK. If this continues to occur, please try running the installer on another system to assure that the disc is functioning properly.
